The Brief

The HG Performance GLA250/45 AMG “Blackout” Cosmetic Package is an all-in-one customization package designed for owners looking to replace the factory chrome pieces with sleek black accents.

Only OEM parts are used to ensure proper fitment. A combination of precision vinyl wrapping and professional color painting is used to create the sporty appearance of an all-black exterior trim package.

What We Did

The HG Performance Blackout Package transforms the GLA250/45 AMG’s factory chrome and brightwork into a cohesive black exterior treatment.

The package covers key exterior components throughout the vehicle, including the roof rails, window trim, Mercedes-Benz Stars, grille components, bumper trim, and exterior emblems.

To complete the darker appearance, the exhaust tips are powder coated, while the factory Wheels are also powder coated to create a consistent blacked-out appearance from every angle.

The combination of OEM components, vinyl wrapping, professional color painting, and powder coating provides the aggressive appearance of a fully blacked-out GLA while maintaining the fitment and quality expected from an HG Performance build.
